Strategy Tuner is more than 1,000 times faster than benchmark and poses no limitation on the duration of the back-testing period. It can easily back-test the strategy on a multi-year period of tick data. It makes no harmful assumptions about its simulated order execution, since all orders are filled just as soon as fill conditions are satisfied, routinely processing more than one million transactions per day.
